Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. Corn Muffin Mix
  • #10 can Cream Style Corn
  • 1/2 – 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Hot Sauce
  • 1 qt. Shredded Sharp Cheese

Directions

  • NOTE : Water will vary depending on solids content of corn. Green Chilies may be substituted.
  • Combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix on low speed until well blended.
  • Add cheese. Mix only long enough to incorporate the cheese.
  • Fill Muffin tins 2/3 full, or pour into 18 x 26 sheet pan.
  • Bake at 375°F in a conventional oven for 15 – 20 minutes or 25 – 30 minutes for sheet pan.
