Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Corn Muffin Mix
- #10 can Cream Style Corn
- 1/2 – 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp. Hot Sauce
- 1 qt. Shredded Sharp Cheese
Directions
- NOTE : Water will vary depending on solids content of corn. Green Chilies may be substituted.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix on low speed until well blended.
- Add cheese. Mix only long enough to incorporate the cheese.
- Fill Muffin tins 2/3 full, or pour into 18 x 26 sheet pan.
- Bake at 375°F in a conventional oven for 15 – 20 minutes or 25 – 30 minutes for sheet pan.
